One day, years after launching my own online retail business I was helping another retailer with some problems they were having with their online sales and I had a light bulb moment.
I discovered one of the things that really fires me up most in my life is being able to share all the tips and strategies I've learnt that makes online retail work. All the stuff that I had to learn by trial and error.
That's what this website and Online Retail Guy is all about. Since 2003 I've been doing everything I can to learn what works in online retail for small businesses.
